GEM CHARTER ENROLLMENT FOR 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR
You can schedule a tour of the school at any time, make sure you make an appointment first, call 480-833-2622.
Our enrollment forms for the 2012-2013 school year will be available online February 15, 2012. You can fill the forms out but you cannot drop them off at the school until OPEN ENROLLMENT which is Monday, March 5 and Tuesday, March 6 all day, you can email a copy, fax a copy, drop it off in the office or drop it in our locked mailbox.

Make sure you complete the entire form before submitting to the office. We will only accept completed enrollment forms, if information is missing you will be contacted . Your child will not be placed on the waiting list until we received a completed enrollment form.
GEM Charter is a State funded school and therefore you do not pay a tuition fee. In order for your child to attend the Charter School they have to be enrolled into the Kindergarten and Elementary program during the open enrollment period each year. We offer a free full day Kindergarten program the state pays for the half day and the school has decided to offer the afternoon for free.
There is a $100.00 supply fee for the first child and $75.00 for each sibling for the year, this pays for the cook a lunch once a month and consumable classroom supplies.
In order for your child to be accepted at the GEM Charter School for the Kindergarten year, he or she has to be 5 years old by December 31, this is a State Requirement and there are no exceptions.
Elementary students will be accepted during our open enrollment period in March if they are 6 years old by December 31.
Good Earth Montessori Private School enrollment 2011-2012 School Year
We are accepting enrollment applications for the 2011-2012 school year at this time.
Make sure you complete the entire form and pay the $110.00 registration fee for the 2011-2012 school year.
Good Earth Montessori is our privately owned pre-school for all children ages 2.5 to 5 years old, the programs offered through Good Earth Montessori are tuition based. The tuition prices are $4,290.00 for a half day program (8:30 - 12:30) and $4,945.00 for a full academic day program (8:30-3PM).
The before and after school program is charged at $6.00 per hour per child and is charged in 1/2 hour increments or if you want to sign up for the monthly before school program 7:30AM-8:30AM this will be $75.00 for the entire month and the after school program 3PM-5:30PM is $150.00 for the entire month. If you want to do both it will be $225.00 per month.
The tuition can be paid for the entire year by September 1 or in monthly payments due the 20th of each month. The school accepts cash, debit and credit cards and Intuit Payment Network on line payments, we do not accept checks.
This year we will again have a $100.00 school supply fee, this will pay for snacks, cook a lunch day once a month and other consumable classroom supplies.
In order for your child to have a space reserved for the school year we will need the Private School 3-5 year old enrollment form filled out and send or brought to the school with a $110.00 non-refundable registration fee. On the day your child starts you will need to pay the tuition for that month as well as a deposit which is one month's tuition. Deposits are refunded at the end of the school year or are carried over to the next school year if your child continues.
TUITION IS DUE BY THE 20th OF THE MONTH FOR THE NEXT MONTH.
