Please print these forms and bring to the office before school starts, the emergency form and the medical waiver need to be notarized, you can bring it in the office both Ms. Sandy and Ms. Nelleke are notaries. The office will be open starting August 6, 2008 8:00 AM until 3:30 PM. You can also call the office (480-833-2622) during the month of June for times we will be in.
The "Going Out" is for elementary students only 1st grade - 6th
grade.
GEM CHARTER ENROLLMENT FOR 2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR
You can schedule a tour of the school at any time, make sure you make an appointment first.
- Kindergarten Enrollment for the 2008-2009 school year (5 by December 31, 2008)
- Elementary Enrollment for the 2008-2009 school year (6 by December 31 2008)
At this time our Kindergarten spaces are filled for the 2008-2009 school year and we are starting a waiting list, we do have a few 1st and 2nd grade openings left.
Make sure you complete the entire form before submitting to the office. We will only accept completed enrollment forms, if information is missing you will be contacted . Your child will not be placed on the waiting list until we received a completed enrollment form.
GEM Charter is a State funded school and therefore you do not pay a tuition fee. In order for your child to attend the Charter School they have to be enrolled into the Kindergarten and Elementary program during the open enrollment period each year. We offer a free full day Kindergarten program and there is no fee because the state will fund this.
In order for your child to be accepted at the GEM Charter School for the Kindergarten year, he or she has to be 5 years old by December 31. Elementary students will be accepted during our open enrollment period in March if they are 6 years old by December 31.
Good Earth Montessori Private School enrollment 2008-2009 School Year
We are accepting enrollment applications for the 2008-2009 school year at this time.
Make sure you complete the entire form and pay the $90.00 registration fee for the upcoming school year.
Good Earth Montessori is our privately owned pre-school for all children ages 2.5 to 5 years old, the programs offered through Good Earth Montessori are tuition based. The tuition prices range from $3,735.00 for a half day program (8:30 - 12:30) to $4,965.00 for a full day program (7:30 AM until 5:30 PM) per school year starting August 13, 2008 through June 3, 2009. The tuition can be paid for the entire year by September 1 or in monthly payments due the 20th of each month. The school accepts cash, debit and credit cards only, we do not accept checks.
In order for your child to have a space reserved for the next school year we will need the Private School 3-5 year old enrollment form filled out and send or brought to the school with a $90.00 non-refundable registration fee. On the day your child starts you will need to pay the tuition for that month as well as a deposit which is one month's tuition. Deposits are refunded at the end of the school year or are carried over to the next school year if your child continues.
TUITION IS DUE BY THE 20th OF THE MONTH FOR THE NEXT MONTH.
